Founding Nymah

When I was training as a counsellor some years ago, I was required to have personal counselling. And when I began work, a counselling supervisor. I quickly found that in both situations, I was unable to openly discuss any element of my spiritual & magical path, as there was such a lack of understanding of both the paths themselves and the processes that one experiences.

I was consistently left feeling deflated and isolated at having to keep this part of my being secret.  On the few occasions I did try to introduce such topics, I was met with negative judgement, or worse, left feeling very patronised.

The second issue that I have encountered is my ‘unique gifts’. As they grew and developed, I realised I simply had nowhere to go, or no one I could discuss them with. This, in itself, can lead to a sense of loneliness and isolation. Let’s be honest, as wonderful as it is to have such gifts, sometimes it can be a little scary, and we all deserve a place where we can openly discuss such feelings and learn to enhance and embrace our gifts with safety and assurance.

This is the reason I founded Nymah Healing. I wanted to give EVERYONE, a safe space where they were accepted, understood and celebrated. I wanted to create a space for the Lightworkers, Shamans, Witches, Empaths, Star Seeds, Blue -Rays, Love workers, Astrologists, Numerologists, Channelers, Spirit Workers, Energy Workers, Healers, those on the ascension path and everyone in between. A space where ‘unique’ gifts could be safely explored and enhanced and where healing and support is offered in a knowledgeable and non-judgemental environment at affordable prices .

Although I still offer traditional talking therapies for those not aligned with such paths, my focus and passion has shifted more and more to what I term; ‘spiritual life coaching & counselling’, where I can tailor bespoke sessions to fit my client’s needs, combining my knowledge and experience of person-centred and integrative counselling, grounding and meditation with the skills I have learnt on my own spiritual and healing path. As in the words of Marianne Williamson, “Each of us has a unique part to play in the healing of the world”, and looking at the world today, I think it’s time we all made a start.
